We want you to have a clear, calm experience with Chocky. If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us — we will review your case and work toward a fair resolution in line with this policy and applicable consumer laws in India.

When you may be eligible

Because our products are wellness supplements, we may not accept returns of opened or used items unless required by law or unless the product is faulty or not as described.

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Contact customer care as soon as possible after you notice the issue.
  2. Share your name, order reference (if available), product name, and a brief description of the problem.
  3. Our team will confirm next steps — which may include replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the situation.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing can depend on your bank or payment provider. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree on a suitable refund method with you when your request is approved.
