We want you to have a clear, calm experience with Chocky. If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us — we will review your case and work toward a fair resolution in line with this policy and applicable consumer laws in India.
Because our products are wellness supplements, we may not accept returns of opened or used items unless required by law or unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing can depend on your bank or payment provider. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree on a suitable refund method with you when your request is approved.
